The planning board shows all production orders per machine in a weekly or monthly overview. And because the schedule tracks the current cycle times of your machines in real time, end times shift automatically as soon as an order runs faster or slower. Energy consumption down to machine level

The energy dashboard shows the live total consumption of your production and the consumption per machine, dryer, blender or auxiliary unit. Peaks and hidden consumption become immediately visible, you monitor your grid connection limit and compare periods effortlessly — the basis for lower energy costs per product produced.

In cooperation with Like Energy we also provide the documents and reports for energy audits, including the mandatory EED energy audit — substantiated with the measurement data from Prime Control.
